Available in 6 modules here it will guide you through quitting and into long-term recovery. All you need is here to be successful in getting on the road to recovery and completing the journey successfully in 3-4 months.
What is the first step in V2V? Your commitment to stopping and long-term recovery. Commit to being in a whole new place in 6 months or maybe less and you have added the binding ingredient to the V2V sex and porn addiction recovery programme. If you can only find a tiny piece of commitment at this stage then thats enough to get going but this has to be strong and sustained by the 2nd or 3rd module for the programme to work effectively.
My face to face clients choose when they are ready to stop and how they stop - they manage their recovery. The same goes for V2V - I'll provide the resources and direction, you have the flexibility to choose exactly how you go forward. Nothing is imposed - there is no 12 steps, no dependence on a higher power, no hard and fast rules about abstinence etc etc - if this is going to work you have to own it and do it!
